The perfect place to gather with friends or curl up with a good book (and glass of wine). I love the idea of creating an intimate and cozy sitting area, perfect for conversation or relaxing alone.
These areas work especially well in smaller spaces and they’re a great way to find purpose for that awkward room (or even part of a room) that serves as a ‘walk through’ or catch-all/holder of random things that don’t have a place.
The wall color is inspired by Sherwin William Secret Garden. This green is still a neutral in my book and can go in so many different directions depending on artwork, pillows, and other home accessories.
The artwork is sourced from one of my favorite online stores for unique home finds, Chairish. Chairish is a virtual marketplace for high-end luxury vintage and new furnishings for your home. It’s a great way to discover new artists and also score amazing deals on antique pieces without having to leave your home.
